Este blog es el origen de la unión de un proyecto colaborativo entre el alumnado del Imagine International Academy of North Texas (Texas) y el de IES Fernando Quiñones de Jerez de la Frontera (España) en el que pretendemos, las dos profesoras encargadas Isabel y Corina, promover el desarrollo de la competencia intercultural para educar al otro sobre la propia cultura, practicar la lengua extranjera más allá del aula y usar las nuevas tecnologías haciendo uso de un blog a través de Blogger.

This blog is the origin of the joining of a colaborative project between the students of the Imagine International Academy of North Texas and those of the IES Fernando Quiñones in Jerez de la Frontera (Spain) where we, their teachers Isabel and Corina, want to promove the development of the intercultural competence to teach our own culture, practise the foreign language beyond the classroom and use the new technologies using a blog with Blogger.

Durante el proyecto, los participantes estadounidenses se comunicarán en español y los participantes españoles en inglés. Todos los estudiantes deberán corregir los errores que afecten a la comunicación de sus compañeros.

During this project, the American students will speak Spanish and the Spanish students in English. All the students should correct the grammatical or spelling mistakes which affect to the communicacion of their penpals.
